Galvanized iron wire, also known as galvanized wire, is a type of steel wire coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of the wire to improve its corrosion resistance. The process of coating iron wire with zinc is known as galvanizing.
Galvanized iron wire is a flexible and durable material used in various applications. Here are some common uses:
* Made of high-quality material.
* Conforming to all safety requirements.
* Variety of models of blades, diameters, and materials.
* Reinforcement of core wire.
* Uniform bright galvanizing.
* Extreme corrosion resistant.
* Long life.
* Easy to install.

As binding wire: Galvanized iron wire can change its shape to suit various needs, so it can be used as a binding wire for fixing objects.
As raw materials: Galvanized iron wire can be used as raw material for producing various galvanized metal products, such as galvanized wire mesh, galvanized barbed wire, and so on.
Hot dipped galvanized iron wire: First, the metal wire is cold drawn to the desired wire diameter by specialized equipment. Then, the wire is annealed and cooled to get black annealed wire. Next, it is decontaminated. Finally, the wire is immersed in a molten zinc solution. The zinc reacts with the wire to form the zinc coating at its surface. This process provides a thicker, more durable coating, making galvanized iron wire suitable for applications requiring higher corrosion resistance.
Electro galvanized iron wire: First, the metal wire is cold drawn to the desired wire diameter by specialized equipment. Then, the wire is annealed and cooled to make a black annealed wire. Next, it is decontaminated. Finally, it is immersed in an electrolyte containing zinc salts for some time. A zinc layer is formed on its surface by a displacement reaction. Compared to hot-dipped galvanized iron wire, electro-galvanized iron wire has a thinner coating but still offers good corrosion resistance.
