Hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh is a metal product made of low-carbon steel wire, which is welded into a mesh structure by resistance welding and then treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process. Its surface is covered with a uniform zinc layer, which has structural strength and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in construction, agriculture, industry, and other fields.

Raw material processing: Low-carbon steel wire is used, which is drawn, straightened, and welded into a mesh.
Welding process: The intersection of the warp and weft wires is welded by resistance welding to ensure that the nodes are firm.

Hot-dip galvanizing process:
Pretreatment: Pickling to remove the surface oxide layer and impurities.
Hot-dip galvanizing: The welded mesh is immersed in molten zinc liquid at about 450°C to form a zinc-iron alloy layer and an outer layer of pure zinc. The coating thickness is usually 50-100μm.

Post-treatment: After cooling, passivation or oiling may be performed to enhance corrosion resistance.
