PVC-dipped welded mesh is a composite material that combines metal welded mesh with a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic coating. It is widely used in many fields.

Base material: Low-carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire is welded into a mesh structure, which has various mesh shapes (square, diamond, etc.) and high strength.

Dipping process:
Pretreatment: To ensure a clean surface, the welded mesh is treated with rust removal, phosphating, etc.
Dip: After preheating, it is immersed in molten PVC powder to form a uniform coating.
Curing: High-temperature baking makes the PVC layer tightly attached, and its thickness is usually 0.2-1.5mm.
